Carroll has been devoted and loyal to the Little Dutch for 43 years as head chef. He is loyal to his job, but also so very loyal to his church, Bibleview Baptist, and his family. Needless to say, Little Dutch also means family to “tall boy”, as George and Nina call him, as well.
