If you are looking for fresh salmon, this is the place to go! Their salmon is so fresh and flavorful. I went to Bonefish in Knoxville a couple of weeks ago and ordered their salmon and it was dry and tasteless. Little Dutch grills their thick salmon with olive oil and lemon and it melts in your mouth!! Great job!!!
